Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an IT Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and vendor-driven projects.

The role oversees planning, execution, reporting, stakeholder alignment, and RFP support to ensure projects meet scope, timelines, and business goals. Onsite work with County stakeholders will be required.

Qualifications

• 2–7+ years managing IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, or vendor implementation projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, RAID, and reporting skills.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project delivery across teams and vendors.
• Build and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and RAID logs.
• Control scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Deliver clear executive updates and maintain governance documentation.
• Support RFP tasks: requirements, evaluations, and recommendations.
• Facilitate meetings, communication, and cross-team coordination.

Job Summary :

Required Skills

Preferred Skills

• RFP development and procurement coordination experience.
• Public sector or government project exposure.
• Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent.
