Job summary

A dynamic tech solutions provider in Greensboro is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a global SAP S/4 HANA transformation initiative through its Unify Program. The role focuses on integration and remediation of systems for the US rollout. Candidates should have substantial project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or CPG. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of integrations for the US rollout.
• Develop integration deployment plans aligned with the Unify roadmap.
• Manage delivery via ESB and ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and delivery partners to ensure successful execution.
• Provide detailed reporting on project status, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Piper Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IT Project Manager to support a global SAP S/4 HANA transformation initiative through its Unify Program. This fixed-term role will focus on the integration and remediation of spoke systems connecting to the Unify Core S4 system for the US rollout. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing complex integration projects, strong governance and reporting skills, and the flexibility to collaborate across global teams.

Key Responsibilities of the AUTP IT Project Manager:

• Lead the design, build, testing, and delivery of integrations and spoke system remediations for the US rollout
• Develop and maintain integration/spoke deployment plans aligned with the overall Unify deployment roadmap
• Manage delivery of integrations via ESB/approved technologies, including data transformations and system remediation
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and delivery partners to ensure successful execution
• Provide detailed reporting on project status, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the AUTP IT Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field with 7+ years of IT experience
• OR Associate’s degree with 9+ years of IT experience
• Proven experience managing complex integration projects within large-scale programs
• Background in manufacturing, CPG, or FMCG industries preferred

Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
• Familiarity with ERP global template design (hub and spoke architecture)
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and modern integration technologies (preferred)
• Strong communication, governance, and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage time effectively, lead teams, and collaborate across business and technical stakeholders
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support global collaboration
• Ability to travel as needed
