Job summary

TEKsystems in Gloucester, MA is seeking an Expert-level IT project/program manager to lead end-to-end delivery for a new warehouse facility. The role coordinates SAP EWM implementation, interface with warehouse automation, and drives infrastructure deployment across networking, cabling, and device readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT project or program management experience.
• Proven experience delivering warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution center projects.
• Experience with at least one greenfield facility deployment from design through go-live.
• Strong understanding of SAP EWM and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience managing infrastructure deployments including networking, cabling, wireless, servers, and end-user technologies.
• Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies such as ASRS, AMRs, conveyors, RFID, WES, and WCS.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams across IT, Operations, Engineering, Facilities, and third-party vendors.
• Experience managing system integrators, budgets, schedules, and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT workstreams for the new warehouse facility.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and governance.

• Lead infrastructure deployment activities including: Network and wireless infrastructure, MDF/IDF room setup, Structured cabling and fiber installation, Server, rack, and endpoint deployment, Warehouse RF coverage and device readiness
• Coordinate deployment and integration of: VLMs (Vertical Lift Modules), Conveyors and sortation systems, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), RFID solutions, WES/WCS platforms
• Manage external system integrators, automation vendors, construction partners, and technology suppliers.
• Work closely with Facilities, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, SAP, Infrastructure, Security, and Automation teams.
• Drive testing, commissioning, cutover, go-live readiness, hypercare, and operational handoff activities.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $88.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
