Job summary

Talantir is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives in a fully remote setting. You will coordinate multiple projects, align budgets, schedules, and scope, and work with offshore/off-site teams and vendors to deliver outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong proficiency with MS Project, Project Online/Server, Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent stakeholder communication. PMP certification is a plus in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

General Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of projects within the constraints of budget, schedule, and scope while minimizing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing projects with MS Project
• Experience managing budgets, financial acumen
• Organizational skills, attention to detail
• Project Online/Server experience - PPM tool (general) strongly preferred
• Strong MS Office experience required (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Vendor relationships, SOWs
• Proven stakeholder management - communication plan, structure
• Proven Risk/Issue management experience
• Experience managing project teams consisting of both offshore / off-site resources
• Experience managing up to three projects simultaneously
• Previous experience managing / controlling project budgets between 500K - 5M
• Minimum 5 years experience required
