Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in Baltimore is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives across AI, data integrations, and cross-functional programs. The role is hybrid, combining on-site collaboration with remote work as needed, and requires navigating a regulated financial services context.

You will run daily standups, drive task management, and report on project status to senior stakeholders while coordinating both technical and business teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience managing technology projects.
• PMP or PMI certification preferred.
• Experience delivering projects with AI/ML, data platforms, or tech architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) in regulated environments.

IT Project Manager

Location: Baltimore, MD - hybrid

Duration:6 months+

Work Requirements:US Citizen, GC Holdersor Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Current Work

• Focused on:
  • AI agents (portfolio mgmt, sales optimization)
  • Multi-agent orchestration
  • Data integrations across multiple systems/databases
• Supporting:
  • Investments
  • Global Distribution (sales/marketing)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Run daily huddles / standups
• Drive task management across teams
• Manage cross-functional coordination
• Provide project reporting + status updates
• Support both technical + business stakeholders

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience managing technology projects, preferably within a financial services or highly regulated environment.
• PMP or PMI certification preferred.
• Proven track record delivering projects that involve emerging technologies, data platforms, AI/ML capabilities, or technology architecture.
• Strong understanding of Agile project management methodology and tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Strong ability to interpret and communicate technical AI concepts in a business context.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and other productivity tools.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior stakeholders.
• High intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Jira + Confluence (Atlassian Suite) experience
• Solid Agile experience (hands-on, not just theory)
• Proven technical project management background

Nice-to-Have (But NOT Required)

• AI experience
• Financial services background- strong preference!
• Enterprise experience
