Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager and Executive Admin to support the CIO and IT leadership. This role blends project leadership with executive administrative duties, ensuring projects are planned, tracked, and delivered with disciplined governance.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across SAP, supply chain, ecommerce, Retail and Finance, manage vendor relationships, and provide confidential executive support.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience managing IT implementation projects (SAP projects, DC Warehouse Management Systems, upgrade projects, etc.) preferred
• 3+ years of Wholesale, Retail or Consumer Products industry experience preferred
• PMI Certification preferred or willing to work toward it

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support for small to medium-scale IT projects.
• Develop project charters including management of activities to create the technical solution architecture.
• Develop overall work plans for the system development lifecycle.
• Coordinate integration test plans, schedules and activities across multiple projects.
• Drive requirements gathering to develop scoping, estimating, resource models, and deployment schedules.
