Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience delivering business and technology initiatives.
• Proven experience leading ERP, enterprise application, CRM, SaaS, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering experience.
• Experience managing vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements, milestones, and dependencies.
• Drive execution across multiple workstreams with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, assumptions, and change requests with mitigation strategies.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Establish governance, communication plans, and executive reporting.
• Provide regular status updates and business impact recommendations to leadership.
