Job summary

NYC Department of Social Services (DSS) is seeking an IT Project Specialist to function as Installation and Planning Operations Lead. You will oversee the WMS Installations Team, manage enterprise infrastructure deployments citywide, and coordinate relocations and site buildouts.

Degree in computer science or related field and four years of full-time experience in the area(s) required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily activities of the WMS Installations Team.
Provide leadership and oversight for enterprise infrastructure installations and workstation deployments.
Coordinate agency-wide infrastructure planning related to relocations and site buildouts.
Manage DNS infrastructure and DNS records, ensuring authentication and printing services operate smoothly.
