Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Project Manager/Working Lead to provide IT and cybersecurity project management for a government customer in Aberdeen, MD. The role requires coordinating IT projects, managing stakeholders, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate will have DoD experience, Security+ or equivalent, and strong leadership skills to oversee diverse IT teams and vendors. A clearance and PM certification are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 13+ years in an IT discipline related to program area.
• Must have at least one certification in the project management field.
• Experience leading large teams in a DoD environment is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Information Management Officer (IMO) and liaison with Government IT organizations.
• Lead project management efforts for IT hardware/software, planning, purchasing, executing and maintaining deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with AUP and regulatory requirements for government information systems.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and report to leadership.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for flawless project execution and risk management.
