Who are you?

Security-cleared Professional:

An active Top Secret (TS) Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

Education and Experience:

You have a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of related experience in addition to the following:

• Possesses a strong understanding of SAFe Agile methodology and its application in project management.
• Has strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to effectively manage project teams and achieve successful outcomes.

Certifications:

SAFe Agile certification and/or PMP certification from an accredited institution is preferred

What you'll do:

• Responsible for defining the project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Utilizes SAFe Agile principles, the IT Project Lead shall facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Tracks tasks, epics, user stories, and issues in Jira, while monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Communicates project status, risks, and escalations to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Fosters cross-team collaboration and implement Agile process improvements to ensure successful project delivery.
