Job summary

NetTech, a New Charter Technologies company, seeks a hands-on technology professional for project-focused work. You’ll deploy and configure end-user devices, run M365 migrations, and implement Intune/Entra ID and Defender solutions onsite across client environments.

You’ll install network gear, coordinate with clients and vendors, and contribute to discovery, onboarding, and remediation efforts. Travel to Shreveport/Little Rock is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Tier 2/3 or proactive/professional services role, MSP experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Defender.
• Hands-on with SonicWall and Ubiquiti UniFi platforms.
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage/Sell and solid documentation skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to manage high-volume queues.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and onboard end-user devices; deploy OS migrations.
• Migrate Microsoft 365 tenants and consolidate Entra IDs, with modernization tasks.
• Deploy Intune, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender protections, and VPN/firewall systems.
• Set up SonicWall & UniFi network infrastructure; perform hardware refreshes.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams; validate work and document.
• Contribute to discovery, onboarding, quotes, and strategic planning with vCIO.
