Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join the PMO and drive technology initiatives across the organization.

You will partner with IT and business leaders to keep projects on track, document decisions, and ensure teams have the tools and support needed to succeed. Responsibilities include coordinating activities across PMO, tracking milestones and risks, and delivering accurate reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience.
• 2+ years IT project management experience coordinating multiple projects with varying complexity.
• Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, organizing, coordinating, managing, evaluating, and adjusting resources, work effort and cost.
• Business and technical acumen; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the team.
• Able to solve complex problems, manage ambiguity and adapt to unexpected change.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly proficient with Jira Software, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a key team member and subject matter expert in Project Management.
• Organize, facilitate, and audit project success with focus on risks and blockers.
• Capture and follow up on complex action items and commitments.
• Build, improve, and deliver PMO reports including blockers, status, portfolio, and capacity.
• Coach project managers and scrum masters on PMO best practices.
• Schedule meetings, take notes, and drive action items to completion.
• Maintain PMO systems of record for accurate information and training.
