You will assist project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors and leadership by maintaining schedules, documentation, communications, and status reports.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills and be comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• CAPM, PMP coursework, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with project planning.
• Maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas.
• Track project risks and issues.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technical teams and vendors.
• Assist with budget and resource tracking.
• Support Agile and traditional project-management activities.
