• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered in its place.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing technology or business projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects from intake through closeout with scope, schedule, and risk management.
• Develop project plans with deliverables, milestones, owners, and due dates.
• Facilitate meetings and document decisions and action items.
• Track tasks across IT teams and ensure completion.
• Maintain project records and reporting for stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies and escalate schedule risks early.
• Maintain risk and issue logs and drive mitigation.
• Coordinate project intake and prioritize work with IT leadership.
• Maintain portfolio view of active, queued, and at-risk projects.
• Report project status and variance to leadership.
• Serve as primary contact for business stakeholders on status and scope.
• Coordinate vendor/partner activity and sign-offs.
• Manage scope changes via change process.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and apply lessons learned.
• Prioritize short- and long-term project needs to support goals.
