nextSource in the United States is hiring an IT Project Coordinator to help plan and execute IT initiatives. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience with project coordination under direct guidance, focusing on documentation, meeting outcomes, and steady project movement.

You’ll keep information organized, support project execution, map dependencies across initiatives, prepare meeting agendas, and suggest practical process improvements while aligning work with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep project information organized. Create, maintain, and archive documentation so teams have clear, accessible records throughout each project.
• Support project execution. Follow established PLC project processes and guidelines to help IT&S projects reach completion.
• Connect the details across initiatives. Document dependencies, constraints, benefits, and tradeoffs to help identify risks across related projects and portfolios.
• Make meetings productive. Prepare agendas and summarize strategic planning discussions, due diligence findings, and oversight meetings for clients, vendors, and IT teams.
• Help improve how work gets done. Identify process improvement opportunities, contribute practical solutions, and support the implementation of changes.
• Support IT&S leadership. Assist with project planning and coordination to keep work aligned with organizational priorities.
