Job summary

Genuine Parts Giant, Inc. is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to implement IT and AI-driven projects supporting our e-commerce platform, including websites, orders, and vendor management. You will manage projects from start to finish, set goals, and ensure successful execution.

This role bridges IT with other departments to investigate problems, introduce new solutions, and implement information systems that enhance automation and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field.
• 1–2+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Knowledge and experience in E-Marketplace (eBay/Amazon) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with AI automation tools, ML applications, and chatbot technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for departments and IT teams to gather requirements for technical and AI-based solutions.
• Analyze and document current IT processes; propose AI-driven solutions to boost automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments on projects and AI-integrated workflows.
• Design and execute IT projects to improve systems and operations.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI for customer service, logistics, RMA, and order processing.

We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator to implement IT and AI-driven projects that support our e-commerce platform systems which include websites, order, and vendor management and AI-powered automation solutions. You will be managing projects from start to finish, establishing goals, and ensuring successful execution.

This role is a bridge between IT and other departments to investigate problems, bring about new solutions and implement information systems.

What you'll do

• The primary point of contact for other departments and the technology team to gather requirements for technical and AI-based solutions.
• Analyzing and documenting current IT processes and recommending new AI-driven solutions to enhance automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments on operating projects and AI-integrated workflows.
• Design and execute IT projects to improve systems and operations
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI for customer service, Logistic management, RMA, and order processing optimization.
• Provide orientation and training to end users on AI enhancements, system modifications and new functionality.
• Provide application support required for order management, warehouse, and other system integration.

Who we're looking for

• Master Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field
• 1-2+ Year Experience in IT project management
• Knowledge and Experience in E-Marketplace (eBay/Amazon) practice is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with AI Automation tools, machine learning application, and Chabot technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
