Job summary

Granger Construction is seeking an IT Project & Change Lead to guide technology, business process, and organizational transformation initiatives across the company. You will partner with leaders, teammates, and vendors to deliver projects that improve performance and employee experiences.

You will lead initiatives from initiation to implementation, build change management strategies, and facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate needs into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, organizational change, business analysis, or related field.
• Experience leading technology implementations, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, translating needs into solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience developing communication plans, training materials, and change adoption strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

In this role, you'll partner with leaders, teammates, and vendors to deliver projects that improve business performance, enhance employee experiences, and support strategic objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead technology and business transformation projects from initiation through implementation.
• Build and execute organizational change management strategies that support successful adoption.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, discovery sessions, and business requirements gathering.
• Develop communication plans, training strategies, and engagement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in project management, organizational change management, business analysis, business transformation, or a related field.
• Experience leading technology implementations, process improvement efforts, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, and translating needs into solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience developing communication plans, training materials, and change adoption strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Prosci Change Management Certification
• PMP, CAPM, CBAP, Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma certifications
• Experience supporting organizational transformation initiatives
• Experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing, or project-based environments
