Job summary

FGS, LLC is seeking an IT Project Analyst to support the IT architecture and strategy development for the US Space Force Intelligence Facility. The candidate must be organized and quick to respond to actions/data calls, with daily interactions with direct supervisor, client, and project team.

Required: High school diploma or equivalent, TS/SCI clearance, and four years of DoD networking experience (NIPRNET/SIPRNET/JWICS).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Four years of DoD network experience including NIPRNET, SIPRNET and JWICS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and related documents.
• Strong written and oral communication skills at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customer stakeholders to collect requirements and artifacts.
• Perform site surveys to collect system architecture information.
• Document IT requirements based on customer input.
• Facilitate communication between the project team and stakeholders.
• Maintain centralized project documentation, including technical requirements and ensure files are accessible and organized.

Job Description:
The IT Project Analyst will support the project team tasked with developing the IT architecture and strategy for US Space Force Intelligence Facility. The candidate must be organized and quick to respond to actions/data calls. Daily interactions will be with direct supervisor, client, and other members of the project team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with customer stakeholders to collect requirements and artifacts
• Perform site surveys to collect system architecture information
• Document IT requirements based on customer input
• Facilitate communication between the project team and stakeholders
• Maintain centralized project documentation, including technical requirements. Ensure all files are up-to-accessible and organized.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Four years experience with Department of Defense (DoD) networks including, but not limited to NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS
• Understanding of IT client systems and computer network design
• Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting drawings, specifications, and other related documents
• Ability to work independently and multi-task among multiple assignments
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and orally) at all organizational levels in a professional demeanor
