Job summary

Veritas is seeking a software developer to design, implement, and maintain applications, enhancing efficiency and processes across the organization. You will work with management to deliver reliable software solutions and support users through ongoing improvements.

The role requires building SQL-based data solutions, understanding new technologies, and collaborating with IT teams. Travel is optional (<10%), and a commitment to quality and code standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL or relational databases.
• Ability to develop and maintain applications using computer programming language.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow, Green, and/or Black Belt Certified a plus.

Summary/Objective

Develop software applications and programs to increase the organization's efficiency and improve the current processes and systems. Maintain applications currently in place and program modifications and improvements as required by the users and systems. Provide support to the organization using new technology and a thorough understanding of the technology used within the company and develop ways to improve its use.

Key Qualifications

• Good communication skills; verbal and written

Physical Demands

• May be required to work extended hours as needed
