Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or a field related to the department where IT services are used.
• Four years of experience analyzing business processes and/or developing/maintaining the main business system, technical platform or related system.

Responsibilities

• Lead department-wide IT projects, including gathering requirements, timelines, scopes of work and vendor deliverables.
• Research and recommend enhancements to DEI business operations and process improvements.
• Develop solutions using COTS and custom tools like SharePoint, Power Platform, Drupal; serve as lead system administrator for agency systems.
