Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead and execute complex programs for our federal clients in the United States. The role focuses on applying Agile methodologies and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver mission-critical IT solutions on schedule and within budget.

Candidates should have 15+ years of related experience, a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, and a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE:

• Demonstrated experience working with agile teams and agile development practices
• Demonstrated experience establishing and implementing effective requirement practices to include decomposing requirements and documenting work tasks.
• Demonstrated experience with working on multi-discipline project team through all phases of the product development to ensure successful execution.
• Demonstrated experience creating project plans, roadmaps, and timelines
• Screening and vetting experience required

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRACTED EXPERIENCE:

• Demonstrated experience with Sponsor networks
• Demonstrated experience working with JIRA and Confluence

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

The likely salary range for this position is $162,037 - $219,227. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
