Caecommunity seeks an IT Program Manager (Policy & Planning) for the Code 109, Information Technology & Cyber Security office at Pearl Harbor NSY and IMF. The role requires coordinating IT program objectives and policy planning to ensure compliant, secure system operations.
The incumbent will engage with stakeholders, manage IT planning, risk, and RMF activities, and advise leadership on IT solutions aligned with mission priorities. This position is based at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
You will serve as a IT PROGRAM MANAGER (POLICY & PLANNING) in the Code 109, Information Technology & Cyber Security (ITACS) office of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
You have one year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined:
In addition to my experience demonstrating the four competencies above, I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing enterprise IT programs and projects aligned to mission priorities; developing strategic and long-range plans, budgets, schedules, and resource requirements for IT initiatives; applying program management principles to risk, quality, cost, and performance management; advising leadership on IT solutions, policy, and planning issues; coordinating RMF-related activities to support the authorization and operation of IT systems; and leading collaboration with stakeholders, mission partners, and senior officials to execute complex IT program objectives.
