Sigma Defense Systems LLC seeks an experienced IT Program Manager to lead critical defense initiatives for US EUCOM, NAVEUR-AF, and NATO Mission Partner Environment (MPE) programs. You will oversee complex roadmaps, resource scheduling, and executive-level briefings.

Join a team delivering IT service delivery, risk management, and compliance with DoD and Navy policies while liaising with government sponsors to drive program execution in a highly secure environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program Manager experience.
• Experience with Mission Partner Environment (MPE) specifically NATO MPE systems.
• Experience with NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) project management processes.
• Experience with Federated Mission Network (FMN) Interoperability requirements and NATO STANAGs.
• Experience with US EUCOM requirements to support NATO MPE initiatives including NAVEUR-AF and DoW components.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen. Active Secret clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Identify technical requirements, build resource-loaded schedules, define critical paths and milestones.
• IT Management: Manage IT Service Delivery, process improvements, change management, internal controls.
• Leadership Briefings: Write and deliver executive-level briefings to government sponsors; provide weekly briefs on execution.
• Risk & Defect Management: Track risks, manage risk registers, monitor system enhancements or defects, coordinate corrective actions.
