CAMRIS International is seeking an IT Project Manager II to support NIH/NCI in Rockville, MD. You will oversee clinical trial reporting, biomedical informatics, data management, and clinical research operations, emphasizing CTRP/CTRO, ClinicalTrials.gov PRS, and NCI terminology services.

The role involves coordinating technical teams, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards in a federal health IT environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience managing technology, health IT, or similarly complex projects.
• PM certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, ITIL or comparable are preferred.
• Experience with project-management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Confluence, MS 365).
• Experience supporting federal health IT, biomedical research, and enterprise systems initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor performance, quality, schedule, and status of assigned tasks and workstreams.
• Report task accomplishments, issues, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions to the Program Manager.
• Serve as the technical and operational authority for assigned task areas.
• Direct and coordinate systems analysts, programmers, and other technical personnel.
• Provide technical direction to ensure deliverables align with requirements, architecture, standards, and objectives.
• Develop and maintain task plans, milestones, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate priorities, resources, and dependencies with leadership, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
