Job summary

Biotrial is seeking a Clinical Research Project Manager in the United States with 2+ years of clinical trials experience to lead multi-site studies. You will coordinate the project team, manage timelines, budgets and regulatory start-up activities while maintaining sponsor communications.

The role requires strong operational oversight, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to interact with sponsors, sites and internal teams. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing clinical trials in a CRO or industry setting.
• Strong understanding of the drug development process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with sponsor, sites and cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities with Biotrial project team.
• Serve as main contact with sponsors for timelines, updates and issues.
• Develop study timelines based on protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate regulatory start-up activities including IRB/IEC approvals.
• Lead internal project meetings and sponsor meetings.
• Monitor enrollment and ensure milestones are met within budget.
• Oversee safety review meetings and vendor/site contracts.
