Job summary

Penumbra, Inc. in Alameda, CA seeks an IT Program Manager – Go-To-Market Applications and Integration Lead to architect and govern the enterprise integration landscape across ERP and adjacent systems.

You will shape the strategy, standards, and best practices to drive secure, scalable integrations in a global healthcare environment. Responsibilities include leading SAP S/4HANA integration with Salesforce, UKG, MES, and other apps, leveraging Boomi AI for mapping and optimization, and mentoring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field with 10+ years of experience or equivalent
10+ years of enterprise application integration experience
Hands-on and architectural experience with Boomi and at least one other middleware platform
Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with Salesforce, Web Services, APIs, UKG, MES and other third-party apps
Expertise in Boomi Atmosphere, Boomi Flows, API Management, Hybrid integration architectures (On Prem, Cloud)
Knowledge of integration patterns (REST/SOAP, messaging, EDI)
Regulatory and audit requirements (SOX, SOC)
Translate business requirements into technical integration designs
Excellent documentation and stakeholder management
Experience in large-scale global enterprises

Responsibilities

Define and own the enterprise integration strategy, architecture standards, and best practices
Develop and execute the integration strategy aligned with business and IT goals
Design and govern API-led, event-driven integration patterns across ERP and enterprise systems
Lead integration architecture for SAP S/4HANA and other apps
Leverage Boomi AI for mapping, transformation, and acceleration
Analyze existing integrations for gaps, risks, and performance issues
Provide architectural guidance on hybrid integration during cloud migrations
Establish integration governance: design principles, naming conventions, error handling, security
Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with requirements
Mentor developers on architecture standards
Support roadmap planning, estimation, and decisions
Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy in integrations
Develop data architecture through data development lifecycle
