Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead an enterprise integration program across MES and PLM to S/4HANA. You will oversee scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and governance, coordinating architecture, data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment with internal teams and external partners.

You will drive stakeholder engagement, provide executive reporting, and ensure compliance across middleware technologies such as SAP BTP, PI/PO, MuleSoft and Boomi.

Qualifications

• University degree with extensive experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong program management background overseeing enterprise integrations.
• Experience coordinating large cross-functional ERP/PLM initiatives.
• Excellent communication and executive reporting capabilities.
• PMP or Agile certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration program across MES → S/4HANA and PLM → S/4HANA.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Oversee cross-functional workstreams including data migration and testing.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and vendors/integrators.
• Establish governance and status reporting for steering committees.
• Ensure designs meet business needs and compliance.
• Drive issue resolution and change management; support UAT.
