Job summary

Penumbra, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Go-to-Market in Alameda, CA. You will scope, design, and deliver technology solutions for Marketing, Sales, and Services platforms, with a focus on Salesforce CRM, MS Dynamics, SAP ERP, Marketo, Showpad, and Tableau.

You will lead requirements gathering, write user stories, and coordinate testing and deployment, acting as the liaison between sponsors, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related field.
• Experience delivering CRM and ERP solutions across marketing, sales, and services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document information needs and functional requirements for GTM initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional sessions to translate business needs into Epics and User Stories in Jira.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and validate technology solutions (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP).
• Coordinate test plans, acceptance criteria, and user training for go‑to‑market platforms.
