• Coordinate work across offices and help ensure local activities align with broader project plans.
• Facilitate status updates, working sessions, and follow-ups as needed.
• Identify delays, gaps, or conflicting priorities and escalate them appropriately.
• Provide general project coordination support for smaller IT projects when capacity allows.
• Keep project information, schedules, action items, and other coordination materials current.
