Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in management consulting or relevant industry knowledge.
• Experience leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Production deployment experience using the OPA Web Determinations engine.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team producing Oracle Policy Automation Rule Bases.
• Manage client-side training processes on OPA production rule bases.
• Ensure effective communication of problem status to senior management.

Skills

3+ years of professional experience in management consulting

Experience as a team leader in a full cycle Oracle Policy Deployment

Understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle

Production Experience as an Oracle Policy Automation technical lead

Knowledge and understanding of Licensing and Permitting processes

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree

Job Description

ProSidian Consulting has an opportunity for an IT Consultant Services - Program Manager located in South Florida - Miami. The Program Manager will lead a team of analysts and developers producing Oracle Policy Automation Rule Bases for a governmental client in charge of Licensing and Permitting processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the design and implementation of custom technology-enabled business solutions, with a focus on Oracle Policy Modeling, Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), and OPA Web Determinations engines.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of professional experience in management consulting or relevant industry knowledge
• Experience as a team leader in a full cycle Oracle Policy Modeling deployment
• Understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Production Experience as an Oracle Policy Automation technical lead
• Production deployment experience using the OPA Web Determinations engine in a US .gov website project
• Demonstrated ability in managing client-side training processes on OPA production rule bases
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• Experience leading teams of analysts and developers
• Knowledge and understanding of Licensing and Permitting processes
• A willingness to travel to client locations
