Qualifications

• Must have at least five years of supervisory/management-level IT experience.
• Minimum three years as Computer Systems Analyst for City of Cincinnati.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; additional degrees preferred.
• Experience with enterprise IT governance and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the DID team, including project portfolio planning.
• Budget management and resource alignment.
• Coordinate with divisions and external agencies.
• Oversee system administration, network services, and data processing activities.
