Consumer Reports is seeking a technically seasoned TPM to lead complex IT programs across multiple projects in a hybrid on-site model. The role reports to the Director of Project Management and supports the Data & Personalization initiative within Digital Product Squads, IT, the Data Office and Marketing.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in IT/business roles, strong leadership and a PM certification, with hands-on experience in aligning technical work with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in IT/business roles.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Project Management certification.

Responsabilités

• Oversee one or more complex IT programs spanning multiple projects.
• Develop program strategy with business cases and enterprise plans.
• Ensure project scope, timing, and budgets align with business needs.
• Engage with IT and business executives and external partners.
• Ensure successful execution of portfolio projects on schedule and budget.
• Track milestones and advise Project Managers on deviations.
• Partner with senior leadership to prioritize IT opportunities.
• Manage JIRA backlogs with Product Management to support development.
