Job summary

Computer World Services seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead OFR's Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering and Service Desk. You will supervise staff, allocate resources, manage schedules and risks, and deliver secure, high-quality IT solutions aligned with program goals.

Requirements include 10+ years in IT project management, PMP, and hands-on experience with SCCM, M365, AD/Entra ID, PowerShell, VMware Horizon, ServiceNow, JIRA, and MS Project in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management experience.
• 5+ years managing IT engineering and/or service desk teams.
• Experience with SCCM in a co-managed environment and Microsoft 365 administration.
• PowerShell scripting and VMware Horizon experience is a plus.
• Experience in a Microsoft Windows server environment and hybrid AD/Entra ID administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead OFR’s Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering (ICE) and Service Desk (SD) sections, supervising staff and performance.
• Allocate resources across ICE and SD to cover engineering and end-user support.
• Escalation point for complex issues; report to Government stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics (SLAs, ticket trends, patch compliance) and report risks.
• Coordinate system development lifecycle activities and ensure alignment with program needs.
• Prepare and present ICE and SD status, risk, and resource reports to leadership.
• Oversee patching, deployment, and reporting for Windows devices in SCCM co-managed environment.
• Coordinate with other teams to gather status on patches, deployments, and service trends.
