Job summary

Navitas Business Consulting seeks a Program Analyst to support IT project planning, coordination, and delivery across the United States. You will work with project managers, technical teams, and clients to define requirements, track milestones, and prepare documentation for management.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, willingness to travel, and the ability to adapt to varying client locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business Admin, MIS, Eng, or related field.
• Experience supporting IT programs, technology implementations, business analysis, program management, or project coordination activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate program data and identify issues.
• Experience preparing requirements, project documentation, status reports, presentations, process documentation, and management reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical teams, business users, management, and client stakeholders.
• Ability and willingness to travel and/or relocate to various U.S. locations based on project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze program requirements, business processes, and project objectives to support implementation.
• Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and client representatives to track activities and milestones.
• Collect, analyze, and document program data, performance metrics, risks, issues, and status information.
• Prepare program documentation, status reports, presentations, and process workflows.
• Support implementation, testing, deployment, and operational activities at client locations.
• Travel or relocate to various client locations throughout the United States with expenses paid by the employer.
