The 1LMX ERP Contracts and Billings IT Team is specifically transforming Lockheed Martin businesses using the latest SAP S/4HANA ERP solutions to drive to a common set of streamlined processes and deliver results for our customers.

Within this initiative, we are hiring an experienced IT Product Owner to lead our “Sales Order Processing and Available to Promise” (SO&ATP) team. This team is responsible for the process of creating and tracking sales orders to fulfill customer requirements for products and services based upon the contractual terms and conditions, allocation of stock for fulfilling customer orders, and for passing the demand signals from the customer orders to manufacturing/procurement for fulfillment.

What You Will Be Doing:
As the IT Product Owner, you will guide the technical SAP S/4HANA, Cognitus, and Icertis solution for the SO&ATP team (part of the Contracts and Billing Product Team) and report to the ERP CoE Applications Director. Your responsibilities are based on a broad knowledge of IT and include, but are not limited to the following:

• Working with Lockheed Martin IT business analysts and developers, as well as professional services (SAP, Cognitus, iCertis, Deloitte) to accomplish the product team’s objectives
• Communicating with stakeholders and product management team to understand their needs
• Working with other Product Owners to ensure smooth handoff between teams and understanding of cross-team impacts
• Providing clarity of scope and oversight to a team of analysts and developers to ensure products will satisfy users’ needs
• Ensuring delivery of capabilities in accordance with program schedule
• Ensuring functionality and products produced by your team are high quality and reliable
• Prioritizing and scheduling items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions
• Optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs
• Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Scrum Team will work next
• Ensuring the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed
• Engaging with leadership to report status and escalate risks/issues to drive to a quick resolution

Further Information About This Opportunity:
This role is fully remote. Due to system access and program requirements, US Citizenship is required (no dual citizenship). Occasional travel may be needed to support testing or deployment.

Desired skills

• Deep experience in program management, including technical, cost, and schedule performance
• Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master, including certifications
• Experience in Sales Order processing
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management, customer billing, or accounts receivables and collections
• Configuration experience in SAP
• Knowledge or experience in Focused Build

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
