THE WORK

  • Function in a business management capacity for the USW Market Segment, with duties including: program cost management, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting; ROS and cash analysis and enhancement; management of EVMS for programs to include baseline management, performance reporting, management of DCMA surveillances; and support to MORs and quarterly CSRs.
  • Manage and lead a highly skilled and motivated team of direct reports. Performs one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.). Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined.
  • Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans.
  • Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations.
  • Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • This position is virtual with 30% travel to Manassas, VA and potential other US locations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • EVMS Experience, SAP, Hyperion Forecasting, ROADS, ECS, P2P, FP&A, Accounting Experience (Rev Rec, Balance Sheet) and external customers to include government, contractual cost and schedule earned value, management reporting.
  • Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy, and decision making.
  • Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions. Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements.
  • Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations as required.
  • Previous leadership experience and experience building best practices, 1LMX transformation, and process improvement required.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education, with 15 years or more of professional experience; or 13 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree. Considered an expert, authority in discipline.

  • Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
  • Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
  • Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $122,000 - $211,485. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
