The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of IT procurement experience, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with ServiceNow, ConnectWise, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years’ IT procurement, distribution, or MSP experience.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Experience with ServiceNow, ConnectWise, and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the ServiceNow procurement and inventory ticket boards continuously.
• Acknowledge receipt of requests and communicate with clients via email or chat.
