Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking an IT Procurement Senior Manager to lead enterprise-wide procurement standards and automation initiatives. You will guide teams across corporate and field operations, align ERP and procurement systems with business needs, and drive efficiency in support of growth.

The role emphasizes experience with Tier-1 procurement software and AI-enabled solutions, with a hybrid work arrangement and a focus on partnering with Finance, IT, HR, and Operations to optimize processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information systems, or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in procurement operations or IT procurement systems.
5+ years leading finance/procurement-related technology or process transformation projects.
Experience with ERP and procurement systems implementations (e.g., Remarcable, Viewpoint Vista, Sage, SAP, Oracle, Workday).
Experience optimizing processes through automation and AI.
Strong knowledge of core procurement, work order and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Assess current procurement processes to identify inefficiencies and standardization opportunities.
Design, document, and roll out standardized procurement processes enterprise-wide.
Partner with stakeholders to define future-state process and system requirements.
Evaluate and lead selection of new technology and automation for procurement.
Define KPIs and establish metrics to track improvements.
Lead or support implementation of procurement systems and ERP modules.
Develop business cases, project plans, and roadmaps for initiatives.
Manage project teams, risks, and vendor coordination.
Support change management and training for adoption of new processes.
Monitor post-implementation performance against KPIs and drive improvements.
Support due diligence and integration planning for M&A-related procurement systems.
Ensure processes align with controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
Present findings and status to senior leadership.

Job Summary

The IT Procurement Senior Manager is a senior position within the Transformation Office, responsible for Procurement and related finance processes and solutions enterprise-wide. The IT Procurement Snr Manager and their team assess corporate and field processes and software, to define standard processes and identify opportunities for automation and new technology to meet organizational needs and future growth. The preferred candidate has a background leading procurement teams within distributed manufacturing and/ or construction organizations and is familiar with Tier 1 and/or leading procurement software applications and AI technologies to drive optimized solutions.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Assess current Procurement processes across corporate and field operations to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for standardization.
Design, document, and roll out standardized Procurement processes enterprise wide.
Partner with Procurement, Finance, Accounting, HR, and IT stakeholders to define future-state process and system requirements.
Evaluate, recommend, and lead the selection of new technology, software, and automation solutions to support Procurement operations.
Define and baseline KPIs for existing processes and establish ongoing metrics and reporting to track measured improvement.
Lead or support implementation of Procurement systems and tools, including ERP modules and project management and project controls applications.
Develop business cases, project plans, and implementation roadmaps for process and technology initiatives.
Manage project team execution, risks, and issues, and coordinate with external consultants and vendors as needed.
Provide input and partner w/ change management, training, and communication team members to support adoption of new processes and systems.
Monitor post-implementation performance against baseline KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Support M&A-related integration of Procurement systems and processes, including due diligence and post-close integration planning.
Ensure new processes and systems align with internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
Present findings, recommendations, and project status to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in procurement operations, business process improvement, or IT financial and/or procurement systems.
5+ years of experience leading finance/ procurement-related technology or process transformation projects.
Demonstrated experience assessing and redesigning business processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
Experience with implementation and maintenance of ERP and procurement systems implementation (e.g., Remarcable, Viewpoint Vista, Sage, SAP, Oracle, or Workday).
Experience optimizing processes through automation and AI.
Strong working knowledge of core procurement, work order and inventory management functions.
Proven ability to define, baseline, and track KPIs to measure process improvement.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, HR, and Operations teams.

Preferred:

MBA or other advanced degree, in a related field.
Experience in the construction, engineering, or industrial services industry.
PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management/process improvement certification.
Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions due diligence and integration.Familiarity with structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR).
Experience managing external consulting partners and vendor relationships.
