Responsibilities

• Manage campus-wide software/hardware approval process with CIO and IT Security.
• Provide information for CIO decisions; follow up on approvals/denials; ensure timely communications to departments.
• Coordinate with IT Security for data classifications and protection levels; obtain required appendices.
• Serve as first point of contact at the Computing & Communications Building for staff and visitors.
• Assist with procurement of software/hardware maintenance and office supplies; manage conference rooms and staff parking.
