Job summary

Cala Sourcing Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced IT Procurement & Vendor Manager in the Fort Lauderdale area to lead sourcing, vendor strategy, and contract management across IT hardware, software, SaaS, and cloud services.

You will balance strategic partnerships with hands-on procurement execution, optimize costs, and drive compliance across IT spend. This on-site role collaborates with Legal, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless procurement operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience with strong focus on IT purchasing.
• Experience sourcing and managing hardware, SaaS, and cloud services.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and vendor agreements.
• Experience working with ERP or procurement systems.
• Strong understanding of IT spend, budgeting, and cost optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement for IT hardware, software, SaaS, and cloud services.
• Lead vendor sourcing efforts including RFQs/RFPs, negotiations, and SLA management.
• Build and manage strategic vendor relationships and preferred supplier programs.
• Monitor vendor performance, renewals, and contract compliance.
• Partner with Legal and Finance to review and manage IT contracts.
• Track software licenses and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Manage subscription renewals, true-ups, and avoid service disruptions.
• Support internal and external audits related to IT assets and licensing.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions and POs.
• Ensure alignment with budgets and accurate cost allocation.
• Reconcile invoices and resolve vendor billing issues.
• Track IT spend, forecasts, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and refine IT procurement policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, security, and compliance standards.
• Drive cost optimization through vendor consolidation and contract strategy.
• Support implementation and enhancement of procurement tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end procurement for IT hardware, software, SaaS, and cloud services

MUST HAVE

Exposure to procurement transformation or system implementations

Advanced analytical skills (Excel, reporting, forecasting)
