Job summary

Uline’s IT organization seeks a Director of IT Procurement to shape enterprise-wide strategy, lead a high-performing team, and partner with senior leaders to drive smart, scalable technology spend decisions across North American operations.

You will oversee hardware, software, SaaS and cloud service procurement, refine processes, and collaborate with Legal, Finance and Security to deliver value while protecting the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of IT procurement experience, including contract negotiation.
• 5+ years of leading teams and managing large vendor portfolios.
• Experience using procurement software and leading procurement initiatives.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT procurement strategy and vendor performance across hardware, software, SaaS and cloud services.
• Oversee contract lifecycles with Legal, Finance and Security teams.
• Provide executive insights on technology spend, market trends and vendor negotiations.
• Continuously refine procurement processes and best practices to support business goals.
• Guide and develop the IT procurement team and culture.
