Job summary

Uline is seeking a Director of IT Procurement to shape technology investments for North America. You will lead enterprise-wide strategy, guide a high-performing team, and partner with senior leaders to drive smart, scalable decisions across Uline’s operations.

You will oversee hardware, software, SaaS, and cloud services procurement, refine processes, and provide executive insights on technology spend. This on-site role is based at our Pleasant Prairie, WI headquarters.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years IT procurement experience including IT contract negotiation.
5+ years managing teams and large vendor portfolios.
Proven experience using procurement software and organizing procurement initiatives.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsibilities

Lead the procurement strategy and vendor performance across hardware, software, SaaS and cloud services.
Oversee contract lifecycles, partnering with Legal, Finance and Security teams to ensure coverage and protections.
Provide executive insights on technology spend, market trends and vendor negotiations to inform strategic decisions.
Continuously refine procurement processes and best practices and identify improvements that support business goals.
Guide and develop the IT procurement team, building a high-performance culture.
