Job summary

Uline, headquartered in Pleasant Prairie, WI, seeks a Director of IT Procurement to shape enterprise-wide technology investments. You will lead a high-performing team and partner with senior leaders to drive smart, scalable decisions across Uline’s North American operations.

The role oversees hardware, software, SaaS and cloud services, manages contracts with Legal, Finance and Security, and provides executive insights on technology spend and vendor negotiations to inform strategic choices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field. MBA preferred.
10+ years IT procurement experience, including IT contract negotiation.
5+ years leading teams and managing large vendor portfolios.
Experience using procurement software and coordinating procurement initiatives.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Lead IT procurement strategy and vendor performance across hardware, software, SaaS and cloud services.
Oversee contract lifecycles, partnering with our Legal, Finance and Security teams to ensure coverage and protections.
Provide executive insights on technology spend, market trends and vendor negotiations to inform strategic decisions.
Continuously refine procurement processes and best practices and identify improvements that support business goals.
Guide and develop the IT procurement team, building a positive, high-performance culture.
