Bühler Group in North America is seeking an IT Process Specialist to enhance end-to-end business processes using SAP MM and PP. You will analyze requirements, standardize workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

This role emphasizes process improvement, SAP training, rollout support, and close work with business and IT stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP-enabled process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of integrated processes and SAP modules MM/PP.

Responsibilities

• Supporting SAP-focused processes and applications in North America.
• Leading SAP module implementations and training.
• Assisting SAP rollouts in North America as part of a global team.
• Liaising with business and IT stakeholders to interpret requirements.
• Leading discussions on process and application improvements.
• Testing new functionality and regressions for rollouts.
• Coordinating implementation tasks across teams.
• Supporting super users with daily SAP-related issues across departments.
• Collaborating with regional process managers on data flow improvements.

Join our team as an IT Process Specialist, where you'll play a key role in shaping and improving the business processes that drive our organization. Leveraging your SAP expertise, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, standardize, and continuously enhance end-to-end processes, helping create efficient, scalable solutions that support business growth. This is where you'll excel

• Supporting processes and applications (focus in SAP) in North America.
• Supporting implementation and training for SAP modules and related applications.
• Supporting rollouts of SAP in North America as part of the international SAP Team.
• Developing relationships and works closely with relevant stakeholders both business and IT to evaluate and interpret business requirements.
• Represent/lead discussions related to process and application.
• Participates in testing of new functionality as well as regression testing for new rollouts and new functionality.
• Coordinates and conducts implementation tasks.
• Support super users with daily problems, also across different departments.
• Close collaboration with regional process mangers.
• Regional process and data flow improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience.
• Very good knowledge of SAP (MM, PP)
• Project Lead experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High motivation and high-quality standards.
• Project Management expertise is a plus.
• Strong knowledge in integrated processes.
• Has an understanding of how to proceed systematically/ methodically.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is considered an advantage.
