Job summary

Bühler Gruppe in Minnesota seeks an IT Process Specialist to shape and improve business processes, using your SAP expertise to analyze, standardize, and optimize end-to-end workflows.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across North America, lead SAP rollouts, support users, and drive regional data and process improvements. The role emphasizes problem solving, operational excellence, and scalable solutions that support Bühler's growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience.
• Very good knowledge of SAP (SD, FI, CO).
• Project Lead experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High motivation and high-quality standards.
• Project Management expertise is a plus.
• Strong knowledge in integrated processes.
• Has an understanding of how to proceed systematically/ methodically.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, standardize, and continuously enhance end-to-end processes leveraging SAP.
• Support SAP modules across North America and train users.
• Assist SAP rollouts in North America as part of the international SAP team.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to evaluate requirements.
• Lead discussions related to processes and applications.
• Participate in testing for new functionality and regression testing.
• Coordinate and conduct implementation tasks.
• Support super users with daily problems across departments.
• Collaborate with regional process managers on data flow improvements.
• Drive regional process and data flow improvements.

This is where you'll excel

• Supporting processes and applications (focus in SAP) in North America.
• Supporting implementation and training for SAP modules and related applications.
• Supporting rollouts of SAP in North America as part of the international SAP Team.
• Developing relationships and works closely with relevant stakeholders both business and IT to evaluate and interpret business requirements.
• Represent/lead discussions related to process and application.
• Participates in testing of new functionality as well as regression testing for new rollouts and new functionality.
• Coordinates and conducts implementation tasks.
• Support super users with daily problems, also across different departments.
• Close collaboration with regional process mangers.
• Regional process and data flow improvements.
