Job summary

Unknown company is seeking an IT Process Manager, Operations to lead production operations systems, drive manufacturing process optimization, and manage enterprise application support. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across production, engineering, and materials teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience with ERP/MES/QMS, system integrations, and project leadership in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations IT/BI
• Strong understanding of ERP, MES, QMS, time tracking and production support systems.
• Experience supporting manufacturing applications and system integrations.
• Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, robotics and machine interfaces.
• Strong PM capability with technical initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering and data analysis.
• Strong communication across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DX Platform and related tools is a plus.
• Lean Manufacturing and Value Stream Mapping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization initiatives across manufacturing operations and production systems.

A Tier 1 OEM Automotive Manufacturer is seeking an IT Process Manager, Operations to serve as the strategic lead for production operations systems, manufacturing process optimization, and enterprise application support across a highly integrated manufacturing environment. This individual will drive process improvements, lead technical projects, and support the long term evolution of systems tied to production operations. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

IT Process Manager, Operations | What You Will Do

• 5+ years of Business Analysis or Systems Management experience within manufacturing operations environments
• Strong understanding of ERP, MES, QMS, time tracking, and production support systems
• Experience supporting manufacturing applications, process changes, and system integrations
• Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, robotics, and machine interfaces
• Strong project management capability with experience leading technical initiatives from concept through implementation
• Experience with process mapping, business requirements gathering, and data analysis
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally in fast paced manufacturing environments
• Experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DX Platform, Catia, Delmia, or Enovia is a plus
• Lean Manufacturing and Value Stream Mapping experience highly preferred
