Job Summary

The Principal Product Manager provides application technology expertise and direction in the development or implementation of highly complex, enterprise-wide, cross-functional programs or projects. May lead to resolution of highly complex problems.

Responsibilities

This is a remote position.

• Works on multiple projects, engaged in enterprise-wide initiatives, acting as a team member or team leader.
• Acts as a subject matter expert in multiple areas.
• Leads cross-functional teams to troubleshoot highly complex hardware, software, and system problems.
• Defines and manages the roadmap and deployment of large-scale product development initiatives.
• Owns responsibility for KPIs and financial metrics for each product.
• Defines criteria for prioritizing stakeholder needs.
• Acts as point of escalation and manages resolution of issues and risks from definition to deployment.
• Implements continuous process improvements.
• Manages communications and stakeholder relationships.
• Leads product development teams, including other product managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience required.
• Two or more relevant technical or professional certifications preferred.

Pay Range

$56.83 - $82.40 per hour.
