Qualifications

• Support for server platforms (Windows, UNIX/Linux) and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ITD policies and processes across all supervised areas.
• Direct all programs and operations within the assigned IT Portfolio.
• Monitor performance via tactical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage work throughput by aligning operational metrics with ITD goals.
