Responsibilities

• Leads the development, management and optimization of portfolio, program, and project management methodologies and disciplines.
• Manages the development portfolio strategy and analysis deliverables and processes.
• Builds partnerships within IT and business units based on trust and transparency.
• Facilitates portfolio management processes to ensure strategic alignment on technologies and goals.
• Develops and executes a portfolio change control, risk management and communications strategy.
• Manages hiring and training of staff, conducts performance reviews and provides leadership and coaching.
• Shares knowledge and develop staff capabilities to strengthen understanding of business issues and best practices.
• Develops and communicates organizational objectives; inspires and motivates team members to achieve results.
• Performs other duties as assigned; complies with all policies and standards.
