Job summary

Defense Security Cooperation Agency is seeking an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) to lead IT investment analysis, CPIC inputs, and compliance with DoD regulations, while aligning initiatives with the agency mission.

You will develop executive dashboards, monitor portfolio health, coordinate IT governance boards, and produce data-driven reports to support strategic planning and modernization roadmaps. This is a telework-eligible, federal position in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing IT investments and portfolios.
• Ability to develop dashboards and create data-driven reports.
• Knowledge of CPIC, IT governance, and DoD IT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Leads the enterprise IT Request Intake Program, defining submission policies, quality benchmarks, and SOPs.
• Drives continuous process improvement across the intake lifecycle and improves data integrity.
• Develops executive dashboards and reports to support strategic planning and CPIC inputs.
